Week 2 — Apply · Day 14 of 30
Three composites, one calibration, one personal heuristic. That's a real artifact.
Yesterday
Yesterday's calibration closed the loop on Week 2. Today you ship the artifact.
By Day 14, you have something nobody else in your network has: a rolling 4-org composite scorecard with calibration. It is small but it is yours. Most professional sourcing systems were built from a smaller starting position.
A scorecard you'd be willing to show to your most rigorous co-investor. If you wouldn't, refine the notes — the goal is artifact-quality, not perfect.
If two of your three candidates scored identically (e.g. both 4/6), differentiate by the qualitative notes. The number compresses; the prose decompresses.
Bonus
The scorecard becomes the seed of your watchlist (Day 15). Same data, different framing — same orgs, but now with a 'next-touch date' added.
Tomorrow
Week 3 starts tomorrow — building the watchlist that turns these one-off scores into a continuous practice.
