Airtable sits between spreadsheet and database — popular with emerging-manager funds running structured deal-flow tracking without a full CRM. 4 integration paths available today.
Airtable is one of the tools Corp Dev, PE Operating Partners, and emerging-manager funds rely on for deal flow management. This page describes how VC Deal Flow Signal engineering-acceleration data flows into Airtable — the integration paths we already ship plus the custom paths available on request.

Airtable has a mature REST API with field-level read/write and a Webhook-as-a-Trigger system in Automations. We push signal data via the REST API on a configurable cadence (typically hourly or daily). Airtable Automations then handle downstream routing to Slack, email, or other Airtable Bases.
GitDealFlow signal data writes into an Airtable Base via the REST API. Each tracked company becomes a row; signal updates rewrite the engineering-momentum field nightly.
Airtable Automations watch for engineering-acceleration field changes and trigger downstream actions: Slack notifications, email digests to partners, or follow-up tasks in Asana.
Monthly bulk CSV import of sector-filtered momentum leaders into a fresh Airtable Base, then sorted and grouped by sector for the partner-team review.
Airtable does not currently expose a Marketplace for first-party app installs, so the integration is configured per-account by the user (one-time API key + base ID setup). Most Airtable users find this acceptable.
4 paths today: CSV import, Public REST API, Zapier, Webhook (Resend). The most common workflow for Airtable users is CSV import — see the workflows section above for concrete examples.

Yes. For paid plans, custom integrations into Airtable are scoped during onboarding. Submit a demo request via /firstlook with your Airtable workflow needs and we will design the integration path together. Most custom paths take 2-4 weeks from scoping to production.
Standard integration paths (CSV, API, MCP, Zapier, RSS, webhook) are included in every paid plan — see /pricing. Custom Airtable-native integrations are scoped per engagement and quoted separately.
