A central DataCatalog manifest at /.well-known/discover.json that enumerates every discovery surface a site exposes — well-known files, root aliases, /api/v1/*, sitemaps, feeds, and policy files. Each surface carries a kebab-slug name, canonical URL, MIME type, category, description, and (for canonical APIs) a rich endpoints[] array with method, parameters, responses, security, and x-mcp-tool cross-references.
